Be sure that the post has the correct link, and draw visitors back to your website direct from social media.
Add your own "brief" - the text of the post or tweet - and re-post as often as you want to all channels at once.
Individual IRM Newsroom Premium features do not attract separate ongoing charges. There may be time charged to your support plan to set up the feature in your instance of Newsroom.
