One of the ultimate marks of a company’s success is to go public. That’s why when you’re shooting for an initial public offering, you’ll be putting effort into your IPO to ensure a rewarding process. You know that a well-executed plan takes foresight and careful preparation to meet regulatory requirements.

However, such diligence to go public doesn’t end when your company gets listed. On the contrary, your endeavours should continue even more so once you operate as a publicly traded entity. Why waste the goodwill you’ve established during your IPO, right?

As a listed company, you’ll want to maintain an ongoing relationship with your extensive investor audience. Which is why a strategy for investor communications to strongly reinforce your business is not optional. You’ll definitely be needing online tools to manage your relationship with investors, like a fully-equipped website.

Zoom in on Ballymore Resources’ website, www.ballymoreresources.com, for a brilliant example of one of the latest sites created for a company that’s fresh from its IPO. Newly ASX-listed Ballymore (ASX:BMR) is focused on applying modern exploration methods and development techniques to its exciting gold, copper, silver and other base metals targets located within its highly prospective projects.

Ballymore’s website started as a simple landing page prior to its prospectus issue. The site soon expanded with more pages providing information about the company and its projects, while highlighting its prospectus once it became active. Talk about good planning!

On that day the bell rang for its ASX debut, Ballymore’s website unveiled its full-featured investor centre, showcasing its shares price and charts, ASX Announcements and investor presentation. The site was also able to send announcements to investors who have subscribed to receive updates from the company.

Ballymore’s website was developed through IRM’s HQi content management system and Newsroom news delivery app. It was great for IRM to be a part of Ballymore’s successful ASX debut along with the launch of its online investor presence.
