Showcase your team in the new Biography section
Present your leadership team in your site through the new Biography tool in HQi. You can even show different teams when you create groups for biography. So maybe one group for your board, another for your officers. You can also customise the fields to your preferences. The options are all up to you. Because updating these entries has been made easier and you won't need IRM Support to make the changes for you.
Feature guest authors in your HQi Blog
The HQi Blog now allows you to either display your blog post’s author or not when publishing articles. You can even have a guest blogger do a piece and his name can be highlighted in the post as well. These choices allow you to bring your writers to light or have them remain private. Neat, huh?
Archive your announcements in IRM Newsroom
Not all ASX Announcements are created equal, so to speak. All are released, but maybe some can be tucked away in archives to draw attention to the more important ones. Now, you can easily do this with the new tool in IRM Newsroom.
Manage your subscribers faster
With the upgraded HQi, you can create new subscribers, individually. Adding their name, email address and other details, such as subscriber group. You can also edit the login names of your subscribers, as needed. More flexible options for you.
Preview your content before approving the page
When you edit a page, like inserting hyperlinks or images, you can preview the page before making it live on your website. This way you can double check if the links work properly or if the images are positioned where you want them to be.
Introduce your Image Galleries
You can now add introductory text to your Image Galleries. This is great for describing photos of your projects or products. It’ll offer more information about your activities or services to your investors or website visitors.
