Routine WordPress site management tasks to be done as needed and at least once a month.
Technical services including software and anti-virus updates, security scanning, website full backup, plugin updates, and backup integrity check.
Periodic reports of the activities undertaken and any issues that need to be addressed, e.g. Website Inventory Update Report.
Essential hosting maintenance included.

Allowance of 2.5 hours per month

Please note:
This plan does not cover work requests to update the content or design of your website as it only involves the underlying technical site activities. You will need another IRM Support Plan for content changes.
IRM Client Relations Managers will monitor the adequacy of the hours budget and advise if it needs changing. There are no additional hours or refunds if the actual number of hours consumed is different in any given month.
